You must be 18 years or older to be eligible.
Each ticket cost $20. Combinations of tickets can be purchased which will increase your odds of winning as well as provide you with free tickets. There is also a chance to win $1,250 (less taxes) in cash each month until the drawing.
You may purchase as many tickets as you want. Keep in mind, you improve your odds of winning by purchasing multiple tickets and you help the YMCA of the Treasure Coast provide programs and services with each ticket purchased.
There are two convenient ways to purchase your Easter House tickets:

  • Click Here to order tickets online. You may pay for your tickets with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may purchase tickets online until 6am on the day of the drawing.

  • Order by mail: Click Here for a printable mail-in entry form.

  • To purchase in person visit any YMCA of the Treasure Coast locations.
  • Online orders: You will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail with your ticket numbers as well as a transaction approval confirmation from your credit card company immediately. Please remember, you are not required to have your ticket stub if you win the house as proof of entry. We require a valid driver’s license for proof of identity.

  • Mail orders: Please allow (21) days for ticket delivery from the time you mailed your order entry to us. Please remember, you are not required to have your ticket stub if you win the house as proof of entry. We require a valid driver’s license for proof of identity.

  • Purchasing in Person: Visit any YMCA of the Treasure Coast locations.
You are not required to have your ticket stub if you win the house as proof of entry. We require a valid driver’s license for proof of identity. If you do lose your ticket stub, please be advised we ARE NOT able to reproduce duplicate ticket stubs for your records.
You do not need to be present to win. We immediately call the winners of all prizes and continue to make calls until the winners are notified. You may also check this website 1 hour after the ticket drawing which is tentatively scheduled for April 2, 2021 at approximately 1pm. You may also call the 877-946-9622 1 hour after for the winners’ information. You may also check our social media pages on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram after 7 pm on the tentative date of April, 2, 2021.
We immediately call the winners of all prizes and continue to make calls until the winners are notified. If we are unable to notify the winners, we will mail a certified letter to the winners. Winner must claim the prize of the house no later than 5 p.m. fourteen (14) calendar days after the postmark of mailed notice. If prize not claimed within such time, next drawn ticket may be awarded prize subject to claiming prize within seven (7) calendar days of mailed notice.
Online: You may purchase tickets online until 6am on the date of the drawing.
The IRS has decided that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for prizes are not gifts, and do not qualify as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Ticket sales in previous years vary from 50,000 to 83,000 tickets each year. Last year, we sold 54,759 tickets. Remember, your chances of winning the Easter House are far greater than winning the lottery!
2021 YMCA EASTER HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Tickets are $20 each (suggested) minimum donation to the YMCA Easter House Project to benefit the YMCA of the Treasure Coast, Inc., 1700 SE Monterey Rd., Stuart, FL 34996. All 2021 YMCA Easter House tickets are entered into the drawing for the 2021 YMCA Easter House that is tentatively scheduled for April 2, 2021 at 1pm. The house prize will be located at 4074 SW McIntosh Street, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. There is a limit of 125,000 tickets which can be issued for the house prize. Winner selected at random from eligible ticket entries will be notified by phone and certified mail. Winner has a choice of either the house prize or an alternate cash prize of $125,000. Winner must notify the YMCA of the Treasure Coast as to which prize they intend to select no later than 5pm, fourteen (14) calendar days after postmark of mailed notice. If the winner chooses the house prize, they must state in writing their intention to claim the house prize no later than 5 p.m. fourteen (14) calendar days after postmark of mailed notice. If the winner chooses the house prize, they must provide the YMCA with documentation as to their ability to fulfill the IRS gift tax liability within sixty (60) days of initial notice. Construction on the house will begin early 2021, if the winner has chosen the house as their prize option they must fulfilled the obligations regarding the IRS gift tax liability. If prize is not claimed within such time, next drawn ticket will be awarded prize subject to claiming prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of mailed notice. The monthly cash prize winner will receive $1,250 (less taxes). In event of a challenge, winner will be selected by YMCA of the Treasure Coast, Florida Inc. Board of Directors and its decision shall be final. Winner(s) allow the YMCA of the Treasure Coast to use their name(s) and picture and/or likeness for promotional purposes. Copies of, or questions regarding, rules and regulations may be obtained by written request with a self-addressed, stamped return envelope to the above address or on the website at www.ymcaeasterhouse.org. No purchase or contribution is necessary to tour the YMCA Easter House. No entrant need be present or tour house to win. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter drawing. Ticket may be obtained by written request only stating, “no contribution” with business size, self-addressed, stamped return envelope to P. O. Box 840, Stuart, FL., 34995, limited to one per person. Individual in whom entry is to be registered must make request; requests by one individual for another for “no contribution” entries are not eligible. Ticket must be completed and returned by mail and received before entry cut-off to be eligible to enter drawing. Entry cut-off is three hours before drawing for purchases made at the drawing site only on the day of the drawing. All entries must contain name, mailing address, and phone number to be valid. Members of the Corporate Board of Directors of the YMCA of the Treasure Coast Florida, Inc. Association and employees of the YMCA of the Treasure Coast and their dependents are not eligible to win. Prizes have been derived, in part, from donations to the YMCA of the Treasure Coast. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling 1-800-435-7352 toll-free within the state of Florida. There is a tax liability associated with winning any prize, however, we are not tax professionals and would advise you to consult your local tax professional as to the tax liability involved with winning the Easter House. If you are the chosen winner of the 2021 YMCA Easter House, we do have a tax professional who will offer 1 hour of free counseling regarding your specific tax implications. And keep in mind; you will receive a home valued at over $280,000 or a cash prize of $125,000!
No – all closing costs and fees associated with the conveyance of the Easter House, apart from gift tax liability are covered as part of the grand prize.
